Clean and comfortable bedsheets were a highlight of our stay. The staff was helpful in assisting us with our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast area with great food. The hotel’s location is convenient, at a short distance from the city and restaurants.

The staff was not very present and missed helping us out a few times. The hotel should consider putting a bell at the front desk.

The hotel had a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms were also clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi access. the hotel provided a free breakfast each morning which was a nice perk.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling culinary district, the mosque, and popular Lembang attractions. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and standard amenities like electric kettles and complimentary drinks. the bathroom is not very well-stocked and the breakfast options are limited.

The hotel lacks parking space, which may make it difficult with cars to find a place to park.
